Anallia Nutrition Bio
Anallia is a Culinary coach and health educator. She was blessed with a very sensitive body, which to her was a curse until she learned how to properly care for it.
Due to her father’s diplomatic work, and being raised in third world countries till the age of eighteen, Anallia was inoculated with every type of vaccine possible during this period.
Her research led her to the conclusion that the mercury used to preserve these vaccines was the original cause for all her health issues. Mercury kills the immunoglobulins which line the intestinal walls, protecting the blood from any undigested proteins passing out of the intestinal walls. Without this protection, these proteins pass into the blood causing serious allergies.
She had Asthma at the age of two, and by 5 she was taking allergy shots daily as she was not only allergic to foods, feathers, dust, mold and wool were also a problem. By seventeen, Bronchitis for two week each month with the accompanying antibiotics were normal routine.
Anallia’s desire for well being is what inspired her to pursue her education in the health field. Being a new Mother at 23 prompted her to begin her studies.
Anallia is Hippocrates trained in all aspects of nutrition, adding her Brasilian flavor to her recipes. She specializes in sprouting, and combining raw foods with sprouted cooked foods, and has been sharing classes and private coaching for 25 years.
As a culinary coach, she supports clients in fulfilling their desire for optimum health by assisting them in elevating their eating habits and lifestyle to a “Higher Octave”.
She is most inspired when clients are able to change their lives, move in new and progressive directions and live more fulfilling lives.
Her training , studies and work have included:
1975: Detoxification and Living foods therapy at the Polarity Health Institute.
1984: Apprentice in Hawaii with Kathy McClure, ex head chef at Michigan Hippocrates Health Institute.
1990: Chef and food educator at the Little Hippocrates Health Institute in Santa Cruz, California.
1992- present: Anallia has be offering wholesome eating series, vegan, sprouting classes as well as private consulting since 1992.
